Notes | His occupation in 1911 was gas fitter, living at 12 Garden St, Cromer. He was aged 41 when he enlisted on 26th August 1914 in Norwich. He was Norfolk Regiment No.22 and had served in the Volunteers for three years.
He was an acting lance corporal in 1915 and a full lance corproal in 1916; he served until 1920. His sone John Albert Thompson Abel also served and is in our listings. |
